solid windows vps, great migration

grabbed a windows vps from host pinnacle last week and the whole process was smoother than expected. i was worried about moving my existing setup but they totally handled the free website migration, which saved me a bunch of time. i just put in the promo code at checkout, nothing too complicated. compared to what i've seen from kenya web experts, the control panel here is really intuitive. the server performance has been consistent so far, no complaints for the price.

Solid Professional Email Hosting, as usual

Another solid experience with Host Pinnacle for Professional Email Hosting. I've been with them for a few years now, and they're consistently reliable, much like Truehost Cloud, but I usually find better promo codes here. Their 24/7 support is pretty good, though sometimes it takes about 15-20 minutes to get a live chat response. Got a great deal on my last .co.ke domain renewal too!

amazing for g suite!

i was a bit nervous about switching over my g suite setup but the process was really smooth and i found a great promo code for a new service signup. it was easy to enter during checkout and saved me some cash. totally happy with Host Pinnacle!

Super fast and easy!

I just got a .com domain and it was so easy! The process was quick, just a few clicks. My new domain was ready to use almost instantly. I'm definitely coming back for my next website project, and telling all my friends about them. Super impressed with how smooth everything went!

Good value, minor setup issue

I purchased Shared Web Hosting for my small business site. The price was competitive, and the features listed seemed like a good fit. Setting it up took a bit longer than I expected, mostly finding the right settings for my specific CMS, but their knowledge base helped. Support eventually clarified a few things for me, which was helpful. The website has been stable since. I'd recommend them for the value, just be prepared for a small learning curve if you're not super tech-savvy.

Smooth migration, good support

I moved my existing website over to Host Pinnacle, choosing their WordPress Hosting. The domain transfer went well, though it took about 48 hours to fully propagate, which is standard. I used their free website migration service and it worked perfectly, no downtime noticed. Their customer support was responsive when I had a question about setting up my professional email. The control panel is pretty intuitive. My site has been stable since the move, which is the main thing. Would recommend for someone needing reliable WordPress hosting, though the initial setup guides could be a bit more detailed.

Good shared hosting plan

I needed a new shared web hosting plan. Signed up for one here. Setup was quick enough. My site loaded fine after that. Customer support answered a small question quickly. Solid service for the price.

Always reliable service

This isn't my first time using Host Pinnacle. I've had a shared hosting plan with them for a few years, and this time I added a .com domain. The consistency is why I keep coming back. My sites are always up, and I rarely have issues. This new domain registration was just as smooth as previous ones. It's nice to know what to expect. Sometimes the dashboard navigation could be a little cleaner, but it works.

Great value on .co.ke domain

I was looking for a new .co.ke domain and Host Pinnacle had a good deal. The registration process was straightforward, and I got a decent discount for the first year. It felt like a solid saving, much better than some other places I checked. Just wish the renewal price was a bit lower too.

Good VPS, but support was slow

I ordered a Linux VPS from Host Pinnacle about three weeks ago. The setup process was fairly straightforward, even for someone like me who isn't a total expert. I got the basic plan, and it's been performing as expected for my small project, no major downtime which is great. I did have a question about configuring some network settings, and I submitted a support ticket. It took them nearly 24 hours to get back to me, which felt a bit long when I was trying to get things running quickly. Once they did reply, the help was useful and resolved my issue. The price point was competitive, especially for a Kenyan provider. Overall, a solid service, but they could definitely speed up their initial support response times.

Quick domain transfer

Transferred my .org domain here. Process was simple. Took 2 days to fully propagate. Happy with the service. Interface was a little clunky.
